Rebecca has been involved in Vermont's political landscape since 1998, and serves a strategic role with Necrason group with her depth of knowledge and many connections. She served as legal counsel and political liaison for Governor Howard Dean, then worked for now U.S. Senator Peter Welch when he as Pro Tem of the Vermont Senate. She also served a chief of staff for Vermont Senate Pro Tem John Campbell.
