Robert Miller is the President and Chief Executive Officer for EastRise Credit Union, serving over 175,000 members with assets exceeding $3.2 billion. He played a pivotal role in the merger of VSECU and New England Federal Credit Union, rebranded as EastRise in 2023. Previously, Rob was President and Chief Operating Officer of EastRise from 2023-2026 and President and CEO of VSECU from 2014 to 2023. A graduate of the University of Vermont with a BA in Political Science, Rob started his career at Citibank in New York and Chicago before returning to Vermont to work for the Vermont Department of Economic Development, eventually serving as Commissioner. He held executive roles in the institutional investment management industry with Dwight Asset Management (now Goldman Sachs) and Conning Asset Management. Rob actively serves on the Board of Directors for multiple community and business organizations. He completed the Vermont Leadership Institute program and holds a Certified Chief Executive (CCE) designation through the Credit Union Executive Society (CUES). (expires 2027).
